History - A Synthetic Grass Franchise Full of Opportunity
Grass!365 is a sales, marketing, distribution and installation firm serving residential and commercial landscaping, recreation and golf industries.  Our original focus was the installation of Sand-Filled Synthetic Golf Surfaces that play like natural grass.  Today, we sell and distribute our synthetic grass products to all types of businesses as well as build backyard putting greens, artificial lawn systems and recreational play areas that are 100% recyclable.

Since the late 1990's, we have been servicing our customers with the most innovative artificial turf products available.  Grass!365 has completed synthetic golf greens and practice areas for multi-family housing communities including apartments, condominiums and senior housing, corporate campuses, private clubs, residences, and driving ranges.  We have built courses in the US as well as Europe and the Caribbean.  Our multi-housing/developer clients are located domestically and internationally.

In 2006, we started our investigation into franchising and at that time changed our name from Pennington Golf Design, Inc. to IntelliTurf to reflect the ever expanding markets and surfaces in our business.  Today were are Grass!365 and our brand reflects the problems we solve and how we improve lives with our Synthetic Grass Solutions.

Grass!365 Franchise prides itself on the training program we have in place for our franchisees.   Built in conjunction with the most experienced consulting group in franchising, Grass!365’s system is intended to educate and build confidence.  We see this as an incubation period and we are with you every step of the process.

Marketing and Operations- 1 Week at our Place
While you will also get exposure right from the start on our construction methods, most of your first week of training will bring you up to speed on our marketing and operations programs.  This training occurs at our corporate headquarters where you will be guided through our way of doing business.  Here you will get the inside knowledge about how we go about letting your community and territory know you are in business.   Turf education is done at the factory with experienced personnel guiding you through each step of the process.  Operations and all of our business procedures are covered so that you understand how we manage the business from receiving a lead to maintaining the installed surfaces.

Construction and Installation Training- 1 Week at Your Place
Unique to Grass!365 is our training program for installation that takes place in your territory.  We help you build your very first installation which most franchise owners will use as their demonstration facility.   This installation will occur prior to your grand opening and assist you in your marketing efforts.

Ongoing Training
No business owner ever knows it all and many companies have turnover for a variety of reasons.   Our system is built for the long haul, and we offer you and your staff training options from sales, marketing, operations and installation throughout the life of our agreement.
