Our Home Care Agreement (HCA) provides customers with the peace of mind of knowing that their home's systems will by professionally maintained. HCA customers receive 4 visits each year from Michael & Son Services technicians - 2 HVAC precision tune-ups, one plumbing inspection and one electrical inspection.
Cross-Selling
Michael & Son started as an electrical services company. In 2003, we added plumbing services, and in 2007 we added HVAC services. By providing a comprehensive offering of home services - HVAC plumbing and electrical services - we create service opportunities through courtesy inspections and our Home Care Agreement.
We call this the "Cycle of Service" where each department gets the chance to serve our customers. Cross-selling and service recommendations have built Michael & Son Services into the dominant home services company in the mid-Atlantic. Our trades do not compete with each other; they create the opportunities for the other trades to enter the home.
