You’ll step into franchise ownership with an established brand and peer-supported company delivering recruitment, staffing, and workforce support services to more than 160,000 employees and 3,000 clients daily. Spherion offers a low franchise fee of $40,000. Our minimal start-up costs combined with operations, marketing, payroll and billing support mean you can focus on sales over cash flow.
Our franchises operate in two categories: Professional IT, which concentrates on technology-centric positions, and General Staffing, which connects job seekers and employers in light industrial, administrative, non-clinical healthcare, educational support, customer service, sales and marketing. We offer single and multi-unit opportunities tailored for each franchisee’s goals and local market potential.
