SPHERION AWARDED ON FORBES’ 2022 LIST OF AMERICA’S BEST RECRUITING AND TEMPORARY STAFFING FIRMS AND BEST PROFESSIONAL AND SPECIALIST SEARCH FIRMS

ATLANTA, Ga. – Spherion Staffing and Recruiting has been awarded on the Forbes list of America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms as well as the Best Professional and Specialist Search Firms for 2022. These prestigious awards are presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

Forbes’ America’s Best Recruiting and Temp Staffing Firms list is divided into three major categories: 

Executive Search - Recruiting firms that place managers in permanent positions with an annual gross income of more than $100,000

Professional and Specialist Search - Recruiting firms that place professionals in permanent positions with an annual gross income up to $100,000

Temp Staffing - Providers of temporary workers and contract positions, excluding interim management positions

Spherion received the award ranking based on an independent survey of peers and clients. Feedback from external recruiters, hiring managers at client companies, and job candidates were considered. Around 31,000 recruiters and 6,900 job candidates and hiring managers were invited to participate. Approximately 22,400 nominations have been considered in the final analysis.
