Kitchen Refresh works with a client’s existing kitchen, bath, laundry, or bar cabinet boxes rather than replacing them, saving them up to 75% compared to custom cabinets.

With our process, we paint ONLY the cabinet boxes and then we custom manufacture and install all NEW doors with soft-close hinges and all NEW drawer fronts with all NEW pull hardware. The typical Refresh is completed in 5 days or less.

We can also accommodate new drawer boxes, cabinet storage improvements, cabinet additions, island additions, layout changes, new countertops and backsplash, ne flooring, and related remodel items.

Our Unique Tier System

Kitchen Refresh has a unique 3-tier initial franchise fee structure. Franchisees who lack the initial capital can start as a Tier 3 that has a net initial franchise fee of $2,500. A Tier 2 net initial franchise fee is $12,500 and a Tier 1 has a net initial franchise fee of $25,000. The difference between each tier is the wholesale cost that a franchisee pays for their door products. Franchisees can advance tiers by paying the difference of the net initial franchise fee of the tier they are advancing to.

Who Are Good Candidates?

Individuals with backgrounds or experience in carpentry, interior design, custom cabinet sales, or as highly skilled DIY’ers make for seamless fits. Professional salespersons, or individuals with leadership, project management or business operation experience who then recruit painting and carpentry contractors, are also great fits.

How Was Kitchen Refresh Started?

A need was identified for a kitchen cabinet renovation option more durable, more attractive, and less hassle than painting but also less expensive, and faster than complete cabinet replacement.

Training & Support

Kitchen Refresh has onboarding support to help guide franchisees through the startup steps and launch, and continued support thereafter. Training consists of a detailed, well organized online training manual; comprehensive online training videos covering design consultations, sales training, and carpenter/installer training; and virtual classroom training. Three to five days of onsite sales training at one of our current franchise locations is also required.

Kitchen Refresh also provides a branded email account; a customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads; home office lead nurturing support; and weekly advertising management and support consisting of the company website, social media, email and text marketing, and more.
