THE STUDIO
Our studios are designed with an open floorplan for large class sizes and a variety of class structures, so our members will never get the same workout twice. The studios feature Thai and teardrop boxing bags along with a large variety of multi-functional training equipment to offer our owners and members an endless variety of movements.
