FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE National Property Inspections Welcomes New Business Owners in August Omaha, Neb., Aug. 28, 2014 — National Property Inspections, Inc., parent company of National Property Inspections in the United States and Global Property Inspections in Canada, is pleased to announce two new franchise owners who will take the company’s brand to new areas: Logan Godkin, 25, is from Livermore, California, and his territory will cover Livermore and part of Alameda County. Wayne Merrill, 54, is from Washington, Utah, and his territory will cover Washington County in southwest Utah. “We’re excited to have these new franchisees on board with NPI,” said Roland Bates, president of National Property Inspections, Inc. “They are helping us grow our company and deliver National Property Inspections to new areas. The housing market is doing well, and we anticipate that Logan and Wayne will become two more successful NPI franchise owners.” Godkin and Merrill completed the 120-hour intensive training program in August 2014 at the National Property Inspections, Inc., headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, and are now undergoing field training with NPI business owners in their regions.
