• Roadside Express - You may choose to open a Roadside Express Restaurant which is approximately 400 to 1000 sq. ft and is perfect to open in a beach town. Customers will walk up to the window and order and you’ll offer limited outdoor seating.
• Full Service Restaurant - Just like our restaurant in Hanalei, Full Service Chicken in a Barrel BBQ’s have both indoor and outdoor seating.
• Area Development Opportunity - Franchisees may develop up to 3 restaurants within a Protected Development Area for the opportunity to grow with us!
• Committed to Supporting Our Franchisees - Our franchise development team is committed to help grow your Chicken in a Barrel BBQ.​

Our comprehensive training program in Hanalei, Hawaii will include information about our unique menu and recipes, product preparation, staffing and management, Point of Sales System and marketing your business to help develop customers.
