“People make emotional decisions and then use facts to support them,” Murphy said. “The home care industry, in particular, is very personal. As a result, we have to tell human stories and make our caregivers relatable, as people invite these strangers into their homes to take care of their loved ones.”
Murphy pointed to a caregiver named Allegra Chaney as an example.
