Brightway’s Jenny Petersen Named Chapter MVP of the Network of Vertafore Users

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Brightway’s Jenny Petersen Named Chapter MVP of the Network of Vertafore Users JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (March 27, 2015) – Jenny Petersen, systems administration manager at Brightway Insurance, has been voted the Most Valuable Player of the Large Agency Chapter of the Network of Vertafore Users (NetVU). She will be recognized at NetVU15 in Indianapolis today. Brightway is a national property/casualty insurance retailer selling through a network of franchised independent agencies throughout the country. Vertafore offers insurance software and services that drive efficiencies and increase profitability. Petersen formed the Large Agency Chapter of NetVU in 2014 to help other large agencies share best practices on how they use Vertafore products to enhance their business. More than 120 members of the chapter use the forum to problem solve and share best practices. “Large insurance agencies have different agency management needs than do smaller agencies,” said Petersen. “This gives us a platform to ask questions and learn how other companies may be using Vertafore’s systems in different ways.” The Chapter MVP program recognizes members like Petersen who go above and beyond to advance their chapters, promote the industry and help make a difference in the organization. “We’re very proud of Jenny’s hard work on behalf of Brightway and on behalf of the industry,” said Brightway President Talman Howard. “As members of the Large Agency Chapter share ideas, it helps us provide an even greater level of support and service to our agency owners and customers.” Brightway began franchising operations in 2008, is privately owned and operates more than 110 franchise locations in nine states.
