    • Overview

    United Slice - Franchise

    Franchising
In 2015, Sherpartap Singh launched United Slice, one of Utah’s most highly beloved pizzerias. Mr. Singh successfully incorporated the flavors of Indian cuisine into his menu, offering one of the most unique dishes in the industry: pizza made with curry! In addition to a strong menu of Italian classics, United Slice offers something for everyone with a variety of discounts and deals that have customers returning for more! Mr. Singh developed United Slice into a franchise so motivated individuals seeking an entrance to the restaurant industry under proven business model with a strong brand!

    Opportunity
Pizza is one of the strongest concepts within the food industry as statistics show that three billion pizzas are sold in the U.S. On average, 350 slices are sold per second, with 93% of Americans eating at least once a month. Simply put, pizza is a menu item that will always be on demand because it’s convenient, high in demand, and the overhead per pie is minimal. In addition to this, because the pizza industry is flooded with worn out brands like Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Papa Johns, fanatics are also looking for fresh concepts that prioritize quality over convenience. Offerings
Entrepreneurs have two franchise opportunities to choose from. The first is the opportunity to own a single unit franchise which allows you to operate your own United Slice in a protected territory of your choice. The second option is our Area Development Franchise, offering you the opportunity to lock down a larger territory and build a series of United Slice locations/territories at your own pace. Both deals are economically priced to maximize your opportunity to become a business owner, and our potential to become a nationally recognized brand.

Your investment also includes all franchise development fees, travel and training expenses, furniture, fixtures and decor, essential business licenses and permits, signage, and a three-month capital reserve. Franchisees are also awarded an exclusive territory of the lesser of a 3-mile radius or a population of 30,000.
