A Vibrant History and Promising Future
A trusted name in the auto repair industry for over 30 years, Christian Brothers Automotive is a Christian business that provides each customer the “love your neighbor” experience. Currently, there are more than 125 locations successfully operating across 17 states, with a growth plan to reach 200 strategically placed locations by end of 2017.
Faith and Honor
Our faith is central to the way we run the business. We strive to honor Christ by providing loving customer service to those in our communities and following His instructions as given in Matthew 22:39, to “love your neighbor as yourself.” Christian Brothers franchises are locally owned by people who want to give their customers a safe haven in the auto repair industry where they will be treated with honesty, integrity and respect.
What is Different about Christian Brothers Automotive?
Christian Brothers is a franchise opportunity that respects your faith, your family, and your employees and is focused on spiritual wellbeing — not just the bottom line. That’s why we do something unheard of in the auto repair industry: We close on Saturdays while almost every other shop is open on Saturdays — some are even open on Sundays, too — and that means franchise partners, managers, sales associates and technicians don’t have to lose valuable time with their families, their churches and their friends. After about the first six to nine months, Christian Brothers businesses are Monday-Friday only. Our courtesy shuttle makes the service convenient for our guests during regular business hours, and they appreciate that they don’t have to give up part of their Saturdays in order to get their car serviced.
A Respectful Business
In addition to our expert service, we make sure that our guests are treated with a high level of courtesy by providing an extremely clean and comfortable environment with free Wi-Fi, something refreshing to drink, a trustworthy explanation of any needed repairs and a free courtesy inspection with every service. It’s these “Nice Differences” that bring our guests back time and time again.
Christian Brothers Automotive offers a remarkably different auto service experience than the typical dealership or service station. We build our entire system with a servant’s mindset, asking ourselves how we can put customers at ease and treat them with respect. Our focus on superior customer service and “loving your neighbor as yourself”, has allowed the company to grow with 100% store success in more than 18 years of franchising.
An Investment in Relationships
Christian Brothers makes a significant upfront investment in purchasing the land and building for the franchise partners’ store location, which allows people with the right skills and attitudes to get into the business even if they have modest assets. The total investment for a Christian Brothers franchise starts at $373,100, and most candidates have between $80,000-$100,000 in liquid capital. We share the financial risk with our franchise partners and have a unique relationship that sets up our owners to win and gives them the best possible chance to be successful. The level of training, support and quality care that we provide to franchisees is a reflection both of our true partnership and of our Christian values.
