Launched in 2016, Pool Scouts is one of three brands making up Buzz Franchise Brands. Buzz Franchise Brands is a multi-brand franchising company in Virginia Beach, VA, in 2012. The company got its start with the development of Mosquito Joe, a brand that grew from a local business to a powerhouse franchise with over 350 locations sold in less than six years. When Buzz Franchise Brands began to consider creating a second brand, research displayed the dire need for a better and more professional solution within the pool cleaning industry. After many months of strategic planning and preparation, Pool Scouts was born. 

Our brand’s promise is to create Perfect Pools, Scout’s Honor, and we take it very seriously as our certified technicians have served thousands of customers across 18 states.
