The new year started off well for Jo-Anne and Michele Ferris, the owners of a Virginia location of ZIPS Dry Cleaners. The two were recently recognized by the franchise as Owners of the Year, the company announced on Friday.
To qualify for the annual award, ZIPS Dry Cleaners owners must be both driven and follow company procedures. This involves providing good customer service, boosting franchise sales and other metrics-driven achievements.

ZIPS Dry Cleaners is an east coast-based laundry franchise. The brand began franchising in 2006 and has since opened more than 28 locations in the eastern parts of the United States.
