Qualities Of A TSS Franchisee:

• People-Person: This is a people person's business. You need to be someone that enjoys talking to people and with the ability to build rapport and relationships. You will be working with all sorts of people ranging from decision makers, to kids, parents and also your staff. Don't worry if you don't have a strong sales background we can provide you training on this aspect, but being a people person is a MUST.

• Drive: Because we are a home-based business there are no set hours, this means you have to have the drive and self- motivation to get the job done without someone cracking the whip.

• Leadership: While you don't need a full time staff, you will need to develop a team of photographers to help you build your business. Having management or leadership qualities will greatly help you in your business.

• Self Confidence: Starting a business can be a scary step, which is why most people don't go beyond reading about it online or dreaming about it. Once you have all the facts (which will take some time) you need to have the self-confidence to take the step to make your dream a reality.

• Follower: Yes it's true, you have to be a leader on one hand, and follower on the other.
