“I like to refer to it as a food theme park," says Mr. Bassoo, Executive Vice President of Anthony’s Kitchen Headquarters who is leading the company's entry into the United States and shortly into Europe. The concept itself was invented early 2005.
Every customer in Anthony’s Kitchen will have the ultimate experience in dining, whether it is eat-in, take-out or being catered to a local business. European market style pathways patterned with stunning décor, lead diners around awning-covered stations and wooden tables that make up the food stations.
Anthony’s Kitchen™ will change its specials daily and sometimes during the day to serve guests the best food it can get fresh and in season. "It's a never-ending variety of food," Mr. Bassoo says. ”It would be practical for a person to eat twice a day, seven times a week at Anthony’s Kitchen™ without having the same dish twice!"
Anthony’s Kitchen’s food station chefs are responsible for every detail, from food presentation to employee management and profit.
The Anthony’s Kitchen™ restaurant has a master plan of 400+ locations and plans to expand aggressively in Canada and the United States, Europe, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. “We are also in the process of selling Anthony’s Kitchen master franchises to some of these countries to qualified buyers, plus Anthony’s Kitchens are only opening in triple A locations.”
In addition to the Anthony’s Kitchen™ restaurant, which is approximately 2,300 sq. ft., there are two more operations that are both optional.
A luxurious and modern chic martini bar of Anthony’s Kitchen that has a contemporary look and yet at the same time gives the customer a striking sophisticated and meticulous old world elegance.
Anthony’s Kitchen Express, where items are still being prepared before the customer but averages approximately 300 to 450 sq. ft. in size and is suitable for a food court location.
