Training and Support
Before you open your ActionCOACH franchise you will be required to complete our four week training program and our ten day Induction training school. You will be educated on all aspects of bringing on new clients and coaching them successfully. You will cover a full range of topics including:
- Selling coaching programs with our unique 13 step process
- Marketing and lead generation using our 10 by 10 approach
- Coaching with our 6 step and other systems
- Preparing clients for the coaching program
- Learning how to "be the coach" to achieve great success in your practice
- Preparing for and presenting seminars, workshops and group programs
- Using mindset principles to achieve breakthroughs with clients
- Using the principles of Leverage to grow your business
- How to set up a coaching firm for success
When you have completed the training program you will receive continuous support from us and our highly qualified staff. Every franchisee has an accountability coach to support and guide you as you grow your business. Your coach will have years of experience in the field and will be a key resource for you so help is only a phone call or quick email away.
 Ideal Candidate
We're looking for franchisees who are confident, energetic and ready to be leaders in their business communities. Our ideal candidate loves business, is passionate about helping others and is committed to life-long learning. The candidate should have good general business knowledge, but realize they need to learn and embrace a whole new level of understanding about coaching and small business. Self discipline and self direction are keys. Strong presentation skills are a plus.
