We can show you how to own that critical 3-mile radius around your restaurant.
 Collective Buying Power. Buying as a group often results in optimal cost of goods, far better than the single store operator could hope to achieve. In addition, we’re constantly looking for better pricing, higher quality ingredients, and more efficient supply lines to provide better service to our franchisees.

Proven Training and Support. We offer effective and positive training programs and ongoing support, such as regional meetings, Internet-based training, and consistent phone and in-person support by members of the Head Office Operations staff.

 What’s Your Appetite?
Miami Subs Grill has invested Millions of dollars developing our systems, learning from our growing pains, and striving to create a winning franchise opportunity for capable and enthusiastic owners. We offer three franchise programs: Single Unit (Florida only please), Express Unit (airports, malls, C-stores), and Area Development (USA & International).
Single Unit in Florida. Whether you’re in a small town, or in a suburb of a major metropolitan city, perhaps you want to start with just one Miami Subs Grill franchise. Typically, we look for existing freestanding restaurant buildings (with about 3,000 to 4,000 square feet inside space) that have some infrastructure already in place, as well as a drive-thru and good visibility.
The average investment in a typical freestanding unit (remodel) is about US$600,000. If you don’t have that in liquid assets, then you should have at least US$300,000 to qualify for possible financing. We don’t offer financing directly, but we can help you locate lending sources in your area.
Express Unit. For special locations—from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet—that are not considered traditional locations, like mall food courts, airports, universities and convenience store sites. The investment in an Express Unit can average around US$150,000, and usually serves a limited menu, too.
Area Development. If you would like to develop 3 or more Miami Subs Grill restaurants in a protected territory in your city, state, county or country, we require that your financial strength is equal to or greater than the cost of the number of restaurants you want to open in your Development Area.
